Click on the link "<a href="http://helpdesk.ngcsu.edu/NMAS Off.exe">NMAS Fix</a>"  <br>
If you are in Internet Explorer, when you click the link, you will get a prompt <br>
Select Run. At the next Prompt, Select Run. This should Fix the login issue. <br>
If you are using Firefox, at the prompt, save the file to your computer and run it.<br>
Once the file has been run, you can delete it.<br>
